one of my guys has droppeda tile on edge of bath yesterday.
anyone know of a good repair compNY IN SOUTH EAST ENGLAND for this type of repair .
is it possible to make a perfectly invisible repair.
bath is betteocean enamel code 8857-000

Not sure about down south Jonny but I've seen a fix on a split in an acrylic bath, or rather I couldn't see the repair until it was pointed out to me through a magnifying glass. Almost impossible to detect. From what I understand it is difficult to match up the exact colour but clearly can be done. Lots of polishing and buffing though. Good luck. Didn't your guy have the bath covered when tiling though?

of sorts I think. Don't want to investigate really. Been a stressful job all round and this is just one of those things. Weve all had bad weeks and sometimes things just go from bad to worse.

I took a chunk out the front edge of a bath with my estwing a few years ago & got the Plastik Surgeon in to do a repair.

I was honest with the customer & showed them the repair, they told me that if i had never owned up to it then they would never have known it had been damaged. Cost me just shy of £100.

Im certain you can repair enamel in the much the same way.

ive checked out bath enamel repair companies on internet and there are a few so confident will be ok now thanks

I would have said magicman too. Some bath manufacturers supply repair resin kits, in fact that reminds me I've got to get a duravit one.
