rubi star 60 n plus for cutting polished 600x600 porcelain

would the rubi star 60 n plus be any good for cutting 600x600 polished porcelain.
i know there are better cutters for the job but i will only need to use the cutter once and need it for under a £100.00

why don't you go to topps and get the 930mm big clinker for about £55 since you will only be using it once!

david do you reckon the big clinker will do a good job?
it has actually been recomended just thought the rubi brand would be better? but im not a qualified tiler so i wouldnt know.
some people have recomended it from topps.

theres a big clinker 66cm from topps for £109.00, the only cutter i can see other than that is called heavy duty tile cutter 90cm for £42.00
is that the one u mean

Smooth porcelain tiles are not hard to cut.....it is the riven stuff thats difficult...

Smooth porcelain will actually break as you score it if you press on to hard ....

So the rubi will be fine...

if your budget is <£100 and you're wanting rubi, why not consider the rubi speed 62.

I've got this and i've cut plenty of tough polished porcelain. Think mine was about £80-90
