Do you know what I've noticed?
The last 10 new members have had an average of 40 views each ( 1 had 107).
Yet each of these 10 new members have only had an average of 4 replies of welcome!
There is a smiley face welcome available as a greeting so let's all be a bit more friendly.
And this is from a man whose son got him a ' grumpy old fart' keyring and box of mints for Xmas!

i have also noticed that the views thing , don't keep pace with the names who look at a post thread at the bottom of the page, same on the other forum!, i think there are a lot less people on the forums now !! compared to a few years ago for sure!! some days the same threads also stay in place for most of the day, without replies
