With decent dust extraction, dry is brilliant, indoors no problem
wet blade, erm.... Yeah, messy! Haha but cuts absolutely perfectly and deadly accurate to the mm.

Does it chip the tile when dry cutting and does it have a connection for extraction.?

It's a Rubi TC180. Dust extraction attachment on top front for dry cutting. With the correct blade for material, perfectly chip free! It's so good that I've used cut edges as finished edge around window.
