Silicon around bathroom floor

I am thinking it would give a nice neat edge to Silicon around the edge of my bathroom floor.
Is this advisable, or should I stay with grout?

Topps do a cracking tool for Silicon, it comes with multi changing heads. Always used to use my finger but would take me bloody hours and i'd be covered in the stuff. It's 9 quid and produces a lovely neat finish and it clears the sides free of Silicon as it goes.

The wee rubber profiling tool that looks like a finger is best I find...3 quid I think
