Simple way to mitre a tile..................Mitre Wiz

spend £60 on marcrist, did not do the job. i use spectrum pro, cheap and last for long, and does clean cut on porcelain

ok, i have done mitred corners with spectrum disc, but usualy do it on rubi wet saw

Surley a grinder would chip the edge of the tile?

do it 2mm from the edge and finish it with polisher, with wet saw i go 1mm from the edge (no chips) . most of my bathrooms with mitred corners, have done U and E shape around recess, no problem

I agree the Mitre Wizz is probably not for everyone. It's more of a tool for the tiling professional than the competent DIY'er... :lol:
