There's a trick I've seen for removing rings using string.....

I did one like that on my thigh with an angle grinder , surprised at how deep and how little blood there was, and no pain 🙂

Absolutely fine. Yeah, no pain either but lots of blood. Good job the tiles are massive as it was easy to keep the grout blood free.
