also after moving house last year i still have a massive to do list from the wife! (its pretty much rennovate the whole place build a extension etc etc) who needs a hobby anyway!

mmmm 59 caddy and going buy the chrome by the fins its the proper biaritz my misses would love you haha its her dream car. i dont spose you was at mearsea or the nationals in ipswich last year were you.

Ha ha, it's the double tiered chrome on the front that should give it away. No it wasn't me, may have been the other red '59 Biarritz, but i thought that had gone back to America. I do a few weddings in it, take kids/pensioners out to London at Xmas to cheers them up.

It's only A3 condition which is why we can drive it about so it's only worth about the same as a brand new BMW M3 AND Audi RS4.

They only made 1320, there are a few you would would want, i.e, (#)'The King of Egypt', No 1, No 1000, No 1320 or any other with famous provenance. This only is No 1000, the original colour when built was Persian Sands (a kind of light mauve) but it was re-painted in 1990 by a fella in Sweden.
# The King of Egypt as it was called was built for the king of Egypt, painted gold, with solid gold fittings all over was sold again a few years ago, price unknown.
The '59 Caddy is also known as an 'Elvis car', and although he may have used one in a film, he never actually owned a '59.

A friend of ours just sold an A2 condition white one, and all he would tell us was that he got way over 100k for it.

In my younger days, I used to train 6 nights a week, shukokai karate. Now I browse TF, with slippers and a mug of cocoa. Sad eh?:ninja::thumbsdown:
