Well I'm an ex Royal Naval Aircraft Electronics Engineer , Radar, Sonar, radio communications that kinda thing. (the engineer bit is where I get my anal side!) haha
Also Guided Missle Engineer.
And now I'm a tiler! Haha so know all about re training!
A whole lotta other crap in middle but I won't bore u! 🙂

We're a diverse lot us Tilers! Haha
 
Good to see lots of people coming to tiling late in life, I started as a tyre fitter, then auto mechanics, after getting sacked from the yt course (the only job I got sacked from!!, garage manager was a door nob), ended up a chef, then became a manager of catering units, then trained as a plasterer and now a tiler, the latter being what I focus on the catering pays the bills for now.
It's great after managing staff all day to only have myself to worry about.

An engineer..........well twist my nipple nuts and send me to Alaska. That explains everything.
