agree with all of you, prefer grinder as plunge cutting gets me fooking soaked lol
 
I would advise the customer on all aspects of global warming and urge him to reduce his carbon foot print and allow me to tile over the socket, thus doing his bit for man :lol: kind and caring about tomorrow today.
 
Socket hole cutting

Hi, I mark out and cut from the front first then finish off at the back, always use angle grinder with diamond blade.
 
You will find that to do plunge cuts on your wet cutter, it is better just to do those cuts without water and you won't get wet...any chipping will be hid by the socket face plate.....:thumbsup:
