Spacers or no spacers?

Got a bathroom floor to tile tomorrow, in a bathroom I've been fitting. He has a pallet of the stone pictured below.
question is, could I use spacers or would it not work . So will I have to just fit them without.

To be honest i never use spacers with modulars.

I recently laid porcelain modulars from CTD. it said on the box to use 3-4 mm spacing but spaces were different through....

Chalk lines mate, and keep to them with no spacers and all will be good

Just an update.
all the stone was nicely cut so I went WITH spacers for an try.

worked out well. Will post pic tomorrow. ( lefty one under pillow thos morning!)

It's stone. Spacers or no spacers you can cut to fit.

Bathroom finished.
I used a mixture of 3mm spacers and a bit of "by eye"
