theres a ts40 for sale on ebay at the minute brand new £79 with free postage and 4 hours left if your interested. Im just starting out myself and have one and its more than adequate for domestic tiling IMO

I reckon he might be getting one, he seemed to be showing a lot of interest a few weeks back. I have rubi cutters but after buying my first sigma they are gathering dust, about 15 years worth.

guys i got loads of tools ive collected over the years,i bought rubi kit after i did my course,only done a couple of jobs to date,but the plastic coating on the nippers i got started peeling off after the first job,anyone else experienced this,these were the same ones i used throught the course without a prob

I have fond memories of using a Sigma for the 1st time after years with Rubi. I had just got a job in Melbourne, Australia and noticed no one used Rubi. I asked around and everyone said Sigma so i thought it best to follow. The 1st day i used it was a learning curve but i have never looked back but as we always say...use what you feel comfortable with :thumbsup:

you can't beat a good tyzak.still using from my apprentice days!:thumbsup
 
add to the list a small 'superior' machine (can you still get them??) still use mine on 6" and find it loads quicker than rubi:thumbsup:
