well my diet started today,,i took daves advice and ate tinned mackerel fillets for lunch with salad,very nice indeed only i nearly passed out by 3pm so need more than that lol

ya div, ya can't just survive on that each day! my food each day consists of 3 weetabix and skimmed milk, small choc bar for elevenses, big salad lunch, packet of crisps, yogurt, another choc bar, big meal in the evening, and then if I really want one and have done enough exercise, a magnum type ice cream :drool5:

I must say Jamie I have put on a stone since I haven't been working had been the same weight for the Last 42years it's hard to get rid of it

liz im going to start swimming 2 nights a week too,me and the missus,its so easy to put on weight

i had 6 smarties for puding that sorted me out liz and kept me going

exercise is good for your Jamie. you'll feel great after. your metabolism will step up a gear and you'll be able to eat more even whilst losing weight.
