I have this gewiss switch that is being used as a switch for a hot tub.

It was tuned off to do maintenance on the hot tub but now won't turn back on the switch is now physically stiff. Do I need to replace or is there a chance that there is an easy fix if I open it up? I do have some basic electrical engineering knowledge and would be able to replace this switch myself just wondering if there was a simple fix
