i think its best now to get weber out on a site visit.judging by all your comments the adhesive company wont pass the tiling.
am i correct in saying that if they pass it and then the tiles come off and injure someone they would be libel ?

As Oli said in an earlier post, try and get all 3 parties on site at the same time, recorded letters so they have no come back about notification, and or phone calls, as for liability, in my opinion, that would have to rest with the fixer. If Weber do pass the addy as ok then I'm not sure whether joint blame could be laid, an interesting senario.

I think the chances of the Rep giving the addy a guarantee is extremely slim. the rep won't do anything that could bring problems for Weber. Guaranteeing a product that clearly states on the tub that it is not suitable for porcelain would be an extremely silly move for any rep. A good way to lose his job.

I second that....if the rep passes the adhesive suitable for porcelain tiles 600 x 300, i want to know because i will contact them myself if he does..:incazzato:
