Had a frozen shoulder, don't know if it's similar on the pain front but took a year before it totally went, no jabs though.

Physio cured it for me. The Physio did some ""dry-needling" on it which was a big help

I get Golfers Elbow from carrying, and cutting plasterboard!?! If its flared up, grouting does aggravate it.
