for those who have given in to their new years resolutions already, then dont worry !!

if you caved in on new years day, then thats ok. new years day fell on a saturday and thats a weekend so it doesnt count

if you caved in on the monday 3rd jan, then once again, thats ok cos it was a bank holiday and they dont count.

if you caved in today 4th (first day back at work), then once again, thats ok, because you can start on the 6th jan, when the decorations are officially meant to come down.....

after that, then your in the clear.....leave it till next year !!!!! ;0)

I generally don't make resolutions as apparently they're the most likely things that you WON'T manage to do. If you're geared up for doing something, then do it the moment you think about it.

The only resolution, i'v made is to keep off the ciggys, especially now i have been put on blood pressure tablets.
