how come bombs can be dropped with amazing accuracy but not food parcels?

Well there have been quite a few deaths from friendly fire and no doubt friendly bombing. Not sure I'd want to be on the ground waiting for a drop considering their record :yikes:

I was discussing the other day who would be better sorted to organise things on the ground. The Israelis were pretty good setting up way before everyone else. My b/f suggested the Germans as they're so efficient. I reckoned they'd probably spend weeks completing the correct paperwork first though.
