Yes Dan,
Myself and another tiler, both experienced, and 2 tilers labourers.

Team of 4, have it tiled in a jiffy M8.

Just more conserned about covering my own back. Maby I'll draft a contract outlining potential issues and if there still happy with spec then sign your life away 🙂

I wouldn't worry about it. One of the best surfaces to tile to are tiles. Just as long as they're fixed well themselves of course.

Whack a few up. It'll soon give you confidence. Perhaps take snaps or videos of the process and save them long term as part of your guarantee or whatever.

Has it always been a car showroom that floor? I'd have a strong suspicion that if it has, and there's no sign of repairs, then it has been fixed using a similar spec to what you've been given.

Yep, it's luckily at the end of my road and since it's been built its always been a car showroom. Current floor been down for 4 yrs, no initial sign of cracks/loose tiles etc
