Antonio do you have to pay for your health care in Italy or do you have a similar set up to our national health service?

for the teeth I prefer my dentist, the price difference is not much and he invoices me. for the rest of the diseases national health service.
if I have to pay a visit, I prefer to pay, as the medical expenses can all be deducted from the taxes.
