Amazing day, as my FLAT GLOSS cream Metro XL 10x30 tiles arrived....about 3 weeks after I ordered the buggers. I think I'll stick them up in the new-year...!

Lithofin tc impregnator and sealant. Did a test tile which I'll try the grout on tomorrow. Looks promising though.
