Wow. Must first job of the day is to call a customer that has bought porcelain tiles and her tiler has told her she can't use porcelain because he doesn't have "all the special tools" to fit them and that they are weak and easily damaged. He's told her to send them back and get ceramic because it is a "much more durable material".

Think I might just tell her to get another tiler who knows what they're talking about.
