Didnt read that it was 6x6, if it was 600s then I'd use a two part.

you don't need to and will give you more suction, sometimes its best to and sometimes its best not to. And knowing that comes after a few years of experience.

If I'm using Weber adhesive then I prime as it states on the bag that plasterboard must be primed.
Check manufacturers instructions before fixing though..

O ok, so in this you mean the primed surface won't enhance the adhering ?
I also use weber Stef

I don't prime P/Board either...... Unless i'm gonna tank it out for a wet area.

You must make sure you have a suitable adhesive for what you need. When I tile on ceilings with bricks or 600 x 600 porcelain I find most adhesives are not suitable and i wouldn't prime it or use Weber.

Hi mate, no reason in-particular I just never thought there was a need to as there is nothing in the paper of P/board that the adhesive don't like, it's not touching the gypsom, i'll prime it if it has got dusty but other than that i don't do it...... hope i aint mistaken as i aint going back on all them jobs now now :lol:
