what would be the best adhesive to use on already laid floor tiles does it still need plied
i am new to this tiling game

Far better to rip up the old floor tiles, ply out with 18mm plyboard, then tile using a flexi adhesive and grout.

can i apply new tiles straight on top of old ones if there in good nick and the same as the floor tiles
will these need to be primed and waht is the best adhesive to use
please helpjob worth £500

Yes you can tile onto tile if it has to be that way.

Make sure old tiles are firmly fixed to the walls first, give them a good wash down with sugar soap to degreese them, then tile using a good ashesive, depending on what tiles you are using as you haven't said.

For the flooring, use a flexi adhesive and grout.

will i need to prime the old tiles or am i sa green as gress
----
its a conctete floor under the tiles will i ca=harge a day rate for the work that will be invovded

You don't have to prime them, but it won't hurt doing it.
Priming them will actually give you more stick as the primer drys tacky.
