With the hardie board. What would you do with the transition from the suspended floor to concrete.

Would you ensure that the edge of the hardie lines up with the edge of the WBP?
Would you use the hardie on the concrete or something else ?

Yes I would, what would be the height difference between the 2 floors and are you tiling the screed floor aswell.

6mm. However the screed floor slopes down 10mm over the 2metres. So that would be a 16mm difference.
I may use a SLC so the finished height is up level with the hardie board.
