Knowing Andy, I'm pretty sure you've taken his comment the wrong way.
I'd be sending either the handle or the whole set back. My handle still works perfectly btw.

Andy was being sympathetic, not having a pop at you. Rudeness and personal insults won't be tolerated on the forum and so far it is only you that has been venting your frustration.
