Yeh I know, just so *&^% annoying as I made sure I prep'd everything properly, bought all the best gear and asked every question imaginable on here. . lol. As said i'm hoping its just that one tile and worse case i'll re-grout again. Cheers

Sorry for the problem that you are having. Don't know if I missed something here or not but you said that you mixed the SBR to BAL's advice of 4:1. Why were you using BAL SBR when you were using Mapei adhesive. Iv'e come across problems before with mixing different companies primers and adhesives etc where they seen to have reacted with each other. Now I always stick to using only a couple of manufacturers adhesives so that i don't have to carry so many primers etc. Is Mapei part of BAL as Dunlop is, as this is a product that I don't use.
