I'm re-asking this lol - seems we've totally missed it.

Can you sync to something other than the app? So customers and yourselves can use the data elsewhere? Or is it you have the app or you don't get an invoice? (Or, you have the app data as a tiler, and can't transfer that to a computer somehow?)

I think it can be transferred to a computer dan!

Waiting for the wife to get home to show me how to edit the logo and art work to make it more personal...!

don’t bother doing to much to the free one as if you like it you will pay for the full version at £6.99 for the iphone. And you will have to do it all again as it is a completely different download

There is a desktop version which can sync with all other devices. On the iPhone & iPad, there isn't an export option to XSL or CSV but there maybe on the Desktop app.

It's not a feature I would use as I do all my books on "Easy Books" another great app!

I can't really see how exporting it to any other accounting software would be beneficial. Either your quotes to customers would be a mile long for every packet of spacers, nails etc & including your fuel, tools, insurance, stationary etc or wouldn't make sense to a customer.

Guess I'd need to see how you write out your quotes to understand.

After digging this thread up for a link for another thread, I thought I'd ask, are you using invoice2go now?

Just downloaded it, £6.99, total no brainer, you can't even buy a round of drinks for that!!!
It saves so much time, i was creating estimates and invoices almost immedietly .
I taught myself excel, it took me months to learn, but this app does everything you need.
Fab fab fab!!!!!

i have tried the Lite version but it didnt have the option to txt the quote over only email.
Does the full version have this ?

I can't see one on the full version, but If you have an iphone, create the estimate, hit 'Preview and you'll see the finished estimate. Hold down the top button of the phone then hold down the button on the front of the phone.
This will take a photo of the estimate and you can text that.

There's no text option but as above, you can take a screen shot & send it as a pic or just text the customer letting them know the email has been sent
