Go to products at the bottom hit the plus and you can add day work for example then hit next then set your rate then hit save now when you are doing a quote or an invoice all you do is type d in the items menu and day work will come up in a list of things starting with d select it hit next your rate will come up all you need to do then is select how many days the job will take and it will enter the cost automatically

You couldn't do this before the last update. You had to manually go to your items & pick it. What a difference having this feature. Not only that, if you have manually typed an item for a previous job but it isn't stored in your items, it still comes up when you start typing the letters. Very handy!

Still messing with it seems pretty straight forward though evan for me!
Waiting for the wife to get home to show me how to edit the logo and art work to make it more personal...!

It is a very reliable app. I wouldn't use anything else now. Try it out on a few custards & let me know what you think.

One question, can you sync it to any accounting software? Or at least export everything to XSL or CSV?

I'm re-asking this lol - seems we've totally missed it.

Can you sync to something other than the app? So customers and yourselves can use the data elsewhere? Or is it you have the app or you don't get an invoice? (Or, you have the app data as a tiler, and can't transfer that to a computer somehow?)

I think it can be transferred to a computer dan!

don’t bother doing to much to the free one as if you like it you will pay for the full version at £6.99 for the iphone. And you will have to do it all again as it is a completely different download

There is a desktop version which can sync with all other devices. On the iPhone & iPad, there isn't an export option to XSL or CSV but there maybe on the Desktop app.

It's not a feature I would use as I do all my books on "Easy Books" another great app!

I can't really see how exporting it to any other accounting software would be beneficial. Either your quotes to customers would be a mile long for every packet of spacers, nails etc & including your fuel, tools, insurance, stationary etc or wouldn't make sense to a customer.

Guess I'd need to see how you write out your quotes to understand.
