hi. i have a 25 m floor coming , quartz, i was wondering what you would use for a two part adhesive .in the past i have used the tops two part flexible adhesive but that has been on relatively small areas and i never liked working with tops own adhesives, i usually use weber or bal. the tops two part is £40 for tub

All 2 part is expensive and often more difficult to work with. I don't think you would go too far wrong with tile master ultimate. Probably closer to 30 a bag

Two part only...... if the quartz is gulf stone, then the manufactures say latex based adhesive only.
Buy the right materials to do the job, works out cheaper in the long run. 😉
I use Weber, but many good makes out there

How many times until it sinks in?! Resin based quartz is water sensitive. 2 part is specified to remove the risk of water damage. you can either bow obediently before your corporate overlords or use your own noggins. bal ptb or other low water adhesives are fine. You think you'd get a claim under warranty anyway using 2 part? Think again!

And giving advice contrary to manufacturer's recommendations isn't always bad advice.
There's too much emphasis placed on manufacturer's recommendations in my opinion and not enough common sense in the trade. Look at the TTA problems. Part of which is down to the low opinion and lack of engagement with trusted fixers. Everything gospel from the industry has to be a report from a testing lab - and it's just plain wrong.
