I've tried to explain to him but he won't have it. It is way too big for the room otherwise I would of re laid it myself. They know they have got it wrong but are not prepared to change it for correct size it seems

How big an area is the UHF?

Cannot understand and why he has gone to the expense of uncoupling membrane, but then stuffing up the job with that mess??

I think what they've done is measured out the room but not taken in account that there's a shower tray in there now!
As I said they are really particular about quality up to now anyway!

I measured up a bathroom at the start of the year & got too big a heat mat,
I started fitting it then realised it was far too large so rolled it back up went to CTD & bought a smaller one.
It's still lying in my garage, I will need to get it advertised..
