ufh with travertine floor

hi all i have a bathroom booked in sooon getting done with travertine,,customer is asking for ufh also to be installed didi read somewhere ditra mats should be put in place and if so what would the reason for this be? ta

Ufh, slc then ditra then travertine. To stop any lateral movement to the natural stone

cheers beam what kind of cost does ditra cost, floor area is only 4 sq metres

Ditra can be about £12.50 a m2, Check wetdecs for his durobase that maybe cheaper if you want smaller amounts
