Ive used the b&q slc on little jobs and its pretty good at levelling itself if you put in just over the amount of water the instructions say to but like dhc said, it can crack if you go too thick. Always better to spend proper money and do a proper job. That way youll never get any come back from it, especially as its family, The worst customers!!!

it is usually 50/50 but check on bag as different makes might differ...
