I guarantee when he first offered the idea of a referendum it didn't come with the idea he would have to resign immediately after the result.

think he played it the only way he could , he could not be pm and lead the country out of the eu when he disagrees with the decision in the first place, the next pm is going to have a very hard job, especially as they will have to implement article 50 .

Australia , New Zealand ALSO looking to strike deals also China . already out and been courted as the 5th largest economy in the world people want our goods and services and even the countries in the eu are wanting a trade deal mainly the Germans and Italians THEY need us more than we need them in the long term. after all we all buy Italian tiles
