Good question, I think the 130 is the batch, the 6 digits are the product code.

ah, I always took it as the six digit number was the date, ie 4th september 2013, and the other number was the time, ie 1:30

That is the date of manufacture Doug, it's the born on date the same as a bottle of Bud..
