Wedding rings and other jewelery

You mentioned other jewellery. I happen to be a watch nut. I won’t tell you what I wear each day (its very nice and is silly ££’s)..... watchheads call their second watch a ‘beater’, my beater is a Seiko Chronograph with big military type hands that can be seen easy on site, it’s a nice watch that gets covered in addy and seems to self clean itself.
I have actually had discussions with people as to what a customer would think of someone (a tiler/ a trade) wearing an expensive watch (like turning up in a very expensive car) to provide a quote. (your thoughts on this?)

Ref rings – I worked for Plessey Siemens many eons ago – I heard about a guy in the company who had a high power electric shock to his wedding ring and lost his finger! ... this is why I will never ever marry the dragon – it’s a health and safety at work issue.

I am getting married later in the year and plan on getting a small band tattood under my wedding ring so whether the physical ring is on or off there will always be something on that finger. Been with the misses for just shy of ten years so Im happy to enough to show this kind of commitment
