Lol, sorry dave, didn't mean literally!! I'm just not over the bridge yet!! Now I believe that from a large choice of people British gypsum chose you from the south to try their new boards and believe it or not me from the north! Sigma have chose you to try their cutters and I would love to try one myself, someone somewhere knows something about you and I that I have yet to establish?

Can i just add ,, the majority voted brand or the least voted brand does not mean that brand is better or crap.. it is a poll to see who uses what brand compared to 6 yrs back.. simple as that..

Exactly ! I've always used Rubi,Recently bought a Sigma only used it 3 times and now deemed my Rubi's crap ! :lol:

The BG boards for walls were good and the floor ones i refused to use as they are poo...

i was offered the chance to try a Sigma.. wot the hell why not i thought.. but i never in a million yrs thought i would be turned away from my beloved Rubi cutters i had used for so many yrs but i was... so what turned out a trial , turned out to be a life changing decision and the best i have made .. simple as that really..

All i know was back in 2007 i had never used one , so my banter was biased by my blindness to being a rubi fan.. how little did i know.

Bit harsh that trevortine?. They aren't the only people to make tile cutters in the world.

Dont mean to sound harsh, just trying to have bit of banter with dave! Until I see what the benefits are I shall continue to buy rubi.

Rubis for me......never seen a lot of the others in the raw. Would need to try before I buy???
