£20 per sqm??? for porcelain.

I've just checked my quote...........it's actually £590!! it's a mad world out there. I've also quoted for wall tiiling for the same customer......£506 for 9sqm of kitchen splashback. That consists of 3 windows & 11 sockets.

I agree with everyone else, its to cheap. With vinyl tiles i always tell the customer i have to quote for a day but if they come up really easy and i can start tiling sooner i'll reduce the price, although in your case it has to be a day because once you've levelled the day is over.
