This might be a silly question, but why mitre the edges? The design of the tiles are random size, random depth. You will have to match each individual tile depth with another of the same depth.

Also, aren't these tiles on a interlocking mosaic mesh?

another also!!! These tiles are slate, will they not chip when mitred?

Last also............you will have to wet cut them (because they are slate).

8sqm and no grouting = 2 days at your daily rate.

Told you it was going to be fun ... And in my case (4 display panels) the return is going to be no more than 50mm. Looks like my son is going to have a great few days out in the sun.
But the end result will look great - its in onyx slate.

yes they're all what you've said.

im thinking mitre the edges as a bead will look crap, but I'm open to suggestions. As for matching the the different depths I was just going to use the same tile to return round the corner and just cut the opposite 45 degree onto it. But if someone's got a better way I'm all ears, like I've said ive not done anything with a tile like this before.

yes interlocking individual pieces on mesh

hopefully a decent blade in a wet cutter will reduce the chipping

Can't realy see the link on my phone but from what I can see I think the patern is on a rectangle tile that is but jointed to look like split faced mosaic. ...topps do one thats a right pain to use..

thats the one they've seen but I've just been to see my mate at his shop to see if he can get something similar at a better price although ive got an account with topps I get better discount from my mate. Why's it a pain if they do decide to go with that tile?

My client wanted them in a wet room...grouted and siliconed....imo there not suitable for that.....feature walls only.....hence why they wete a pain..
