best tool is the pen i use to write out the customers receipt after getting paid!

I was about to say that Jamie, however mines the one I've just used to fill out a paying in slip to allow me to pay in a couple of cheques that arrived in the post this morning.....Along with my credit card bill grrrrrrr!!
