What would be more useful?

To go along with my tiling course, a plastering course of a plumbing course?
Is the ability to plaster more useful to a tiler, or the ability to fit a bath, toilet or radiator etc?

all bathroom refits require plumbing, not all require plastering, so I'd say plumbing would be more beneficial than plastering

the plastering will be far more benefical imo in regards to your tiling than the plumbing unless you are only going to concentrate on bathrooms only..

Same as Doug with the plastering, keep thinking of the plumbing side though

Plastering..... ALL tilers should be able to prep thier own walls ready for tiling..

i would do plastering as your backgrounds are paramount to a decent finish

you only need basic plumbing to remove and refit a bathroom suite
