was on facebook but cancelled my account.. too many spam type asking to be friends etc.. and a few viruses floating about on these social sites that you have to be aware of.. never open anything that you are not 100% sure what it is.

I've started acount with digg, twitter, facebook and looking for more, Facebook is a pain as you have to have a personal account to be able to set up a business page and pretty soon people start finding your personal page, some friends i'm quite happy to get back in touch others that are not so welcome but if it means I've got the business page up and running then that's all that matters
