There is good and bad in every trade.

I tell you what, had loads of trade forums for years, with thousands of tradesmen on 'em, and I've never seen a thread mentioning that anybody has had their end away with a housewife. It either doesn't happen in real life or they keep it to themselves.

was offered about a year or so ago by a customer lol.....wasnt married i did get the job but that was all i did!! i had to play her along to get the job in the books

Gonna stick my neck out and tell you that of the tilers i have encountered over the past 8 years maybe 30% of them would have passed an 11+ exam.

Plumbing is easy! I do all things on my jobs and you can see it in my albums. It is really easy with present tech everyone can do this and i think 100 - 150 pounds for tools for beggining is enough. If you not sure of solventing, use compression joints and that is it. Good luck!

Then when everything fails or someone comes knocking for you using a compression joint in an illegal place you can wonder what went wrong with your 2 minutes of training
