drop a sample tile back to his local tile shop,
Finish that bloody quote that's been sat on his desk for ages!
Quote for another UFH job, so he's gotta get the other one out of the way otherwise he'll end up getting them confused with each other!
And answer a question posted on a home design forum that's so obscure none of us have stumbled on it yet!
