I always give a idea of price over the phone, and depending on reply I decided if a house call is on.

It was a wet room. ....like julian potential customers get what I like to call a phone interview. ..see if its worth my time looking at it....was told it was all new built extension and ready to go...
What he didn't tell was ...his tiles are far to heavy for skimmed walls, he didn't want any tanking done as he thinks it's not needed......in a wet room !! And the floor needs to be tiled on the chipboard to avoid any hight issues. ..

All done. .....well phase 1....waiting for the kitchen to be ripped out and tiles taken up in kitchen and Hall to start phase 2 on the 10th Feb. ..
Great customers to work for...I did there shop floor on nights last year...60m2
