i am thinking about heading away in the campervan next week for a few days . not sure where to go yet . was thinking the far north west scotland but weather doesnt look to clever,
so maybe a change of plan,,, north east england looks nice . anyone from down there tell me what kind of weather they have been getting , and is it a nice place to visit,
either that or wales coast which looks nice, also whats the weather been like down there
i dont really trust the bbc or met when it comes to weather

North East England is fantastic weather is always in low 30's and very little rain.
Plenty of sightseeing and Hadrians wall a heritage site worth visiting - not sure if it will still keep you celts out!

You must remember to go between March and October for those temperatures, it does drop to about 20 degrees during the winter months.

The Benwell, Scotswood and Cowgate country estates are all worth a visit

I after 15 years. decided to rest August.
(little jobs at home) ......
pity that I got a new job.
the first three weeks of August ..... 🙁
I hope for the last week of August. (But many doubts)

was looking at lake garda in august, flight and hotels prices are decent,
in fact i was going to drive there in campervan . but wee one is only three years old, so i was thinking it might be a bit of a long journey, plus engine has been playing up a wee bit.. and when i checked ferry prices it was a bit hefty.

We went to Scotland week before last and had a trip to the isle of arran (on car ferry) was so in love with the place we went back the next day and are planning a week at least there later in the year. It's fantastic, a must visit place. It's such a beautiful place the weather can't spoil it. Here's a pic of the weather we had...
