    Ps current wheel is Rubi 10mm standard, which they state is for ceramic and stoneware.

    You can't guarantee an overall even result because of the firing process for the glaze, also the manufacturers are probably trying to counteract grout seepage rather than encourage it. Try using a runny consistency of black grout on a spare tile: if you can't get the effect you're looking for...

    If you're buying your tiles from Porcelanosa please spend a bit more money and get a decent tiler to do the job for you. You sound a little inexperienced in tiling and it would be a terrible shame if you didn't get it right.

    I agree with callatiler. Best to use the backer boards and tanking to build.up your fall than spacers and adhesive.
