I heard about a pikey that told an old lady that her chimney needed re-building - £800 and one roll of brick effect wallpaper later the 'job' was done :mad:
They seem to have changed things recently, it never used to show retail and trade price together, in fact most things didn't show any price until you clicked on individual items.
I get 30% too, wasn't told what discount I could expect when I opened the account in store but that's what it says when I log in to the CTD site.
Been using them for pretty much everything but went in to another tile shop to collect some tiles for a customer and enquired about their adhesive...

On a new bathroom install does anybody ever stand the bath in place and mark out, then remove the bath and tile the walls, then fit the bath so just leaving the cuts to go in?
I'm with Jonesy7 on this, no doubt there are certain cases where it's needed but what was used before it came along?
Millions of metres of floor have been laid without it and any that failed could probably have been avoided with better prep or better tiling, ie, no dot and dab etc.
