    Black Bal Grout seems to have penetrated through the wall tiles

    Can any tilers recommend a way of getting these black dots off our wall tiles? The tiles are matt white and are porcelain. Black Bal grouting was used. We have tried all different grout removers but none have worked.

    i popped into topps tiles to pick up a Rubi 40ltr tub bucket and free trowel for £12. I bought the bucket to make life easier cleaning as was told it’s pretty tough.

    What is the hardest tile you have came across to cut?

    Fought this tile all day to get cut with sigma manual cutter and grinder with a porcelain blade. Most times Sigma worked but been a long time since I've broken so many, need a new cutter wheel in and porcelain blade needs renewed!! The tiles have a rough surface with carborundum kinda in them...

    CTD reward points have an expiry

    I had 1200 points (£120) and got the latest email saying I'd lost 8000 as they'd expired. Bummer - should have checked Ts and Cs. So if anyone was just building them up like me, be careful. They only last 12 months
