I wondered if I might trouble you guys with a bit of advice on creating an access panel for a bath.
The existing bath panel is unfortunately is tiled plasterboard. Following a leak it was necessary to remove a section of this panel to get access. Now the problem is resolved I would like to...
Hi All,
its my first post and i could do with a bit of advice please. laying a bathroom floor. i have just put down the 18mm floorboards, next is the aquapanel floor board. Do i need to prime the floorboards before applying the tile adhesive to then put the aquapanel on top?
What's the best way to make a bath panel that will be finished with 9mm thick porcelain tiles?
The bath only has room for a 6mm thick backer board to tile onto (18mm total clearance). I think 6mm ply would warp as the adhesive dries. No more ply would be ok but only comes in sheets 1200mm long...

Hi, I'm looking to create an access and some storage space within the bath tub frame. The storage space would be great for loo rolls and detergent bottles. I was thinking to create to cupboard doors on either end of the panel with Blum touch open mechanism, and to them tile over. However I want...

Evening all.
Im doing a kitchen splashback in a few weeks time. (Walls are being plastered due to old tiles taking down about half the wall - hence delay in starting the job).
The walls are going to be tiled using brick effect tiles, however the wall area that covers the width of the cooker...

Hi all,
Hope you can help me on this one!
I have installed a bath with a curved end and want to use slim vertiacal sections of porcelain tiles to create a faeture rather than use a plastic matched board.

When 'popping off' the (very well fitting) bath side, it flexed a little too much and I managed to get a tiny tear (5/6cm).
It will be out of sight when done and it's really not worth a new panel, so...
Has anyone ever patched up such a tear successfully?
& if so, what with plse? (Type of...

Hi All,
I have boarded a wall with aqua panel, dot and dabbed and then plugged and screwed to give a mechanical fixing.
Despite best efforts in ensuring all boards were level and no lippage between the joints, one of the boards seems to have pulled in too much along the top . I’ve put a...
